At the Grimes and Company Cleaning, we treat every rental as if it is a 5 star hotel. We can accurately say that our standard of cleaning is well above most of our competition. We integrate our cleaning schedules seamlessly with our clients need's. 

We believe that a well organized team is the key to our sucess. For clients that do not already have cleaning procedures created, we make staging documents and checklists that are stored onsite. 

This allows for each of our team members to achieve the exact same standard, each clean.

Staging Document: A Google Doc that has pictures of the staging in each area. This ensures the house looks exactly like the listing every turn.

Checklists: We have an inventory checklist that is followed, signed and sent to each of our clients upon completion of each clean. This allows our clients to be in the loop each turnover without actually being at the property. 

How can we make your life easier as a host?

That is the first question we ask when we start working with a new client as our goal is to integrate our cleaning team seamlessly. Whether you use Hospitable, Turno, iGMS or just manage bookings on your own, we use whatever works best for you.

Pictures: We take timestamped pictures of any damage as soon as we arrive on the property and after pictures right before leaving. The after pictures capture every angle of the property. We store all of the pictures of each property in a cloud for 6 months in case they are ever needed.
